Our items undergo thorough quality checking prior to packing and shipping thus returns and exchange are highly discouraged. However, in the event that we may have missed something, we are here listen and help.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you found your purchased item defective or with damage, you are welcome to return it and have it replaced with a new one within 7 days upon receipt of the item. You may contact us in the details provided in the “Contact Us” page. Returned items must be in its original form, unused and unwashed with tag and its original packaging with the invoice. We will not exchange the item that appeared to have been used or washed. Returns and Exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
Shipping cost will be on us if we found our item defective or with damage. You have the option to convert the shipping cost (for the return and exchange only) as your store credit or refund the shipping cost in full.
Please take note that there will be no return and exchange for sale items, pre-order items or any change of mind.
